WELCOME HOME!
What a way to end 2022! Sixty-one permanent supportive housing units are now home to 75 individuals with a disability and who experienced chronic homelessness.
This new housing community sits between our emergency shelter and soon-to-be treatment facility. Case management will be offered by Fourth & Hope and agency partners. The 400-to-500-sq.-ft. units include a living room, kitchen with a small oven, microwave, and refrigerator, one or two bedrooms with a closet, stackable washer and dryer, and a restroom with a shower.
Our campus is on the rise, and phase 2 is complete! Happy 2023 friends!
