The 61 permanent supportive housing units are now home to individuals with a disability and who experienced homelessness. The pre-built colorful structures now sit at the East Beamer Way campus. The 400-to-500-sq.-ft. units include a fully furnished living room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms with closet, stackable washer/dryer, and restroom with shower. Case management is offered by Fourth & Hope and Hope Cooperative. Individuals were referred through the Yolo County Coordinated Entry Systems.
