• 66 people were placed in permanent supportive or stable housing

TREATMENT PROGRAM

• 233 people received residential services at Walter’s House
• 94 people successfully completed their individualized treatment plan, graduated and/or successfully connected with other placement or care
• 528 referrals made to partner organizations for additional services and support
• 71 participated in outpatient programming, with 40 successful graduations/transitions

HOUSING PROGRAM

• 49 people housed in permanent supportive housing = 25 households
• 73 people housed in sober living environment transitional housing
• 20 people housed in victims of crime transitional housing
• 5 people housed in family bridge housing program
