EMPTY BOWLS 2023 | Record Breaking Year!

The 15th Annual Empty Bowls fundraiser took place September 20, 2023, at Life Pointe Church in Woodland. Empty Bowls is a global movement that fights hunger locally. The event featured 15 delicious soups between our lunch and dinner seating served by local dignitaries. One-of-a-kind prizes were raffled off including a weekend getaway to Mendocino by private plane sponsored by Watts-Woodland Airport, Inc.

Our amazing supporters helped us break our fundraising goal! So many thanks to you all!

This fundraising effort goes to support our emergency shelter program. We move Yolo County residents who are now experiencing homelessness from the streets to stability.

Your partnership will help ensure the success of our event and allow Fourth & Hope to further its Mission to Change Lives. Together, we will bring help today for hope tomorrow.

THANK YOU TO OUR 2023 SPONSORS!

EMPTY BOWLS: This event was started in 1990 by a group of high school students in Michigan searching for a way to raise funds for a food drive. What evolved was a class project to make ceramic bowls for a fundraising meal. Empty Bowls is made possible by sponsors, the local restaurants that donate the soup, bread, and cookies, and, of course, you. Thank you for your support!
